About CCL Delaware

Choices for Community Living, Inc. (CCL) provides support and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

Since 2004, CCL has been providing exceptional services to individuals living throughout the state of Delaware. Our mission is to enable persons with disabilities, their families and other individuals in need to achieve a quality of life driven by choice. Our values form the foundation of our endeavors.

CCL has been accredited by the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) since 2009.  CCL is very proud that we have most recently received reaccreditation, at highest level- With Distinction.

 

History

Choices for Community Living Delaware, Inc., (CCL) is a subsidiary of Liberty ARC, the Montgomery County Chapter of The Arc New York. Liberty ARC, located in upstate New York, was establised more than 60 year ago, by parents seeking programs for their developmentally disabled children. 

CCL Delaware began providing services to eight adults with developmental disabilities in February 2004.

Today, CCL proudly provides services throughout Delaware; including residential and day support.
